• To facilitate bookings between renters and hosts

• To communicate booking confirmations and updates
• To improve the Platform and prevent fraud

3. Information sharing

We share information between renters and hosts as necessary for bookings (e.g., renter's name and license details to the host; host's contact information to the renter). We share payment information with our payment processors (Pesepay, EcoCash). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Host verification documents are retained for the duration of the host relationship plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

5. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Payments are processed via PCI-compliant providers. Host documents are stored securely and accessible only to our verification team.

6. Your rights
