Host verification
Every host goes through a verification process before their cars can be published. We review government-issued ID, business registration (for agencies), and contact details. Verified hosts display a verification badge on their profile and listings.
Vehicle documentation
Before a car becomes bookable, hosts must upload proof of comprehensive insurance, vehicle registration, and roadworthiness certification. These are reviewed by our admin team before a car is published.
Payment protection
All payments are held in escrow. Your money is only released to the host after you pick up the car. If anything goes wrong before pickup, your payment is protected. We use Pesepay and EcoCash — trusted payment providers in Zimbabwe and across Africa.
Review system
After every completed rental, renters and hosts can review each other. This builds a transparent reputation system that helps the community make informed choices. Reviews are moderated to ensure fairness.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel more than 72 hours before your rental starts and receive a full refund. Cancel between 24 and 72 hours before for a 50% refund. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-refundable.
