1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Raucx (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of service

Raucx is a marketplace that connects vehicle owners (“Hosts”) with individuals seeking to rent vehicles (“Renters”). Raucx does not own, operate, or control any vehicles listed. We facilitate bookings and process payments.

3. Host obligations

Hosts must provide accurate vehicle descriptions, maintain valid insurance, registration, and roadworthiness documentation, and honour confirmed bookings. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

4. Renter obligations

Renters must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, return vehicles on time and in the same condition, and comply with mileage limits and fuel policies set by the host.

5. Platform fees

Raucx charges a commission on the rental subtotal. The commission rate and any applicable FX margins are disclosed at the time of booking. Security deposits, cleaning fees, fuel fees, and chauffeur charges are excluded from the commission calculation.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the rental start date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours receive 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Hosts may have additional cancellation policies for their individual listings.

7. Limitation of liability

Raucx is a booking platform and is not liable for damages, accidents, theft, or disputes between hosts and renters. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. The platform provides escrow protection for payment disputes.
